In addition to practicing OB/GYN in Norfolk, Nebraska for the past 22 years, in 1999, he founded the company, American Educational Telecommunications, LLC (AET). AET’s telemedicine services have served both national and international markets. These include: live interactive videoconferencing CME lectures from Creighton University physicians to the Egyptian Cardiology Society Conference in Cairo, Egypt; second opinion consultations from Cairo University to Washington University, St. Louis; demonstration of telemedicine applications at the inauguration of broadband deployment in Cairo, Egypt; deployment of the telemedicine network at the University of Guadalajara de Autonoma, Guadalajara, Mexico; provider of telemedicine School Nurse Services to Westside School District, Omaha, Nebraska; live interactive web casting services for physician education for Solvay and Procter & Gamble pharmaceutical companies; and most currently, telehealth contract proposals to the Ministry of Health, United Arab Emirates.

MR. BELLANCA’S skills cover wide areas of industry, education, medical devices, telemedicine and distance learning technologies. His medical device experience covers the manufacture and integration of physiological monitoring systems; the integration of medical imaging digital hardware and software in teleradiology, mammography and PACS applications. Bellanca has ten years experience in videoconferencing with distance learning networks and telemedicine. He is disciplined in the convergence of video, data and voice over IP Networks.

Ms. Wendt has experience in the areas of administration, education, telemedicine, videoconferencing, and distance education. Her experience includes the production of live and stored web-casts for education to health care providers, writing of scripts and coordinating production of marketing videos, coordinating and conducting video conferences, setting up and teaching the use of network services, and translation for Spanish speaking patients.
